Victorian govt invests in overseas marketing to lure more international students

Thousands of international students have returned to Victoria since the borders reopened, but many others are still studying online from abroad or haven't returned to study at all. Now, the state government is investing more money in marketing Melbourne overseas as a study destination to try to get the sector back to where it was before the pandemic.
