Torrential rains have hit Himachal Pradesh. A cloud burst was witnessed in Dharamsala which caused huge destruction, many houses and shops have come under its grip, while there has been massive damage. After the cloudburst in Dharamsala, many bikes were buried under the debris, 3 cars were also swept away, the electricity system also collapsed. Watch this video.
