Quezon City Mayor Josefina 'Joy' Belmonte and former Peace adviser Carlito Galvez lead the ringing of the Peace Bell at the opening of this year's National Peace Consciousness Month at the Quezon City Memorial Circle on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2022.
