This time we went for a trip to North Sikkim. We commenced this trip on 17th March. By this time several places of North Sikkim remains snow covered. Thus, there are chances of road blocks due to snow. Still we made our itinerary to those extreme places where we have to depend on our luck.
This time we planned to visit Lachung, Katao (China Border), Yumthang Valley, Zero point, Lachen, Gurudongmer Lake, Kala Patthar etc. Let's see how much we can make successful.

In this video, we have depicted that we started our journey to Gurudongmar lake from Lachen. We had a plan to visit Gurudongmar Lake, Kala Pahar in one day. Then we had a plan to return Gangtok on the same day. Hence, we started very early from Lachen. As we started very early from Lachen, we could not have our breakfast at hotel. We all decided to have our breakfast somewhere outside. Thus, on the way, we stopped at Thangu Valley for breakfast. There we savoured Egg Maggi.

We also had and encounter with wild horses. These horses are unlike domestic horses. It was our first experience with wild horses.

Scenic beauty of Thangu Valley was awesome.
