NSW Premier warns rail union against more strike action
  • 2 years ago
The NSW Premier has laid down an ultimatum to rail unions, warning them to reach a deal with the state government or end up at the Fair Work Commission. Trains are delayed for another day across Sydney, with services running at 25 per cent - as drivers strike for 24 hours. Both parties have failed to strike a new enterprise agreement, with unions saying they have ongoing concerns over driver pay and safety concerns with the new intercity fleet. Premier Dominic Perrottet says the government has done all it can to resolve the issue.
