Dry ingredients:
-1 3/4 cups of Cake flour(or plain flour)
-1 cup Caster Sugar
-3 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp or pinch of salt
Liquid Ingredients:
-2 large eggs
-1/2 cup whole milk
-1/2 cup sour cream
-3 tsp vanilla imitation
-110 gm butter(melted)
Icing:
-200 ml cold milk
-150 g sweetened whipping cream powder
-optional food colouring and sprinkles
