Talented Scots kayaker dies aged 20 in tragic accident as tributes paid

A world-renowned Scottish kayaker has died, in Norway in a tragic accident aged just 20.

Robert Eggleston, from Perth, passed away in hospital on August 3. He had been kayaking on a river, in Norway where he had spent the summer.

Tributes have poured in from across the world, for the top white water paddler, who has been described as an "unbelievable athlete". The young lad was also known for his, "positive attitude and infectious smile".
