'It was pre-planned murder', says Sonali Phogat's brother

The Goa Police on Friday arrested two more people, including a club owner and a drug peddler, in connection with the death of Haryana BJP leader Sonali Phogat. The cops also recovered drugs from the club's washroom. Meanwhile, Sonali Phogat's brother has clearly stated it a pre-planned murder saying that Sonali was locked inside bathroom so that she would died in suffocation. Watch this report.
