Rohingya teen aspiring to be engineer builds mini hydraulic excavator from scratch
  • 2 years ago
A 15-year-old Rohingya refugee built a mini hydraulic excavator from spare parts in Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh, the world’s largest settlement for asylum seekers.  Mohammad Toyub said he was inspired to create the device when he saw an excavator in action several years ago in Myanmar. He hopes to “become a good engineer to make big planes and cars”.
