BJP MLA T Raja Singh was granted bail the same day after being arrested for making derogatory comments on Prophet Mohammad. The bail of the now suspended BJP leader created a lot of ruckus in the city leading to widespread protests with the police resorting to lathi-charge in certain areas of the city. Now, the Telangana police has moved the High Court and has filed a criminal revision petition challenging the bail of the BJP MLA.
