Ukrainian forces harass civilians in Donetsk with heavy artillery

Ukrainian artillery targeted on Tuesday the administrative buildings of the Donetsk People's Republic in the center of the city, presumably to kill the head of the government. Three dead and six wounded is the preliminary balance. Our correspondent Alexander Kirk reports from the scene. teleSUR
