The MoviePass website states that the service will roll out incrementally according to local interest. .
NBC News reports that those who want to sign up can join a waitlist that goes live on Aug. 25.
That waitlist will be open for five days, at which point MoviePass will become invite only.
Anyone who joins the waitlist
will get 10 friend invites. .
