The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raids at the residence of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia continued for more than 8 hours on August 19. Officials also searched his car. These were in connection with Delhi Excise Policy 2021-2022. Earlier in the day, Delhi Police detained Aam Adami Party workers who gathered outside Manish Sisodia’s residence to extend support him.
