Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s lead defence counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik is adamant not to submit on behalf of the former prime minister in the SRC International Sdn Bhd appeal at the Federal Court in Putrajaya.

The final appeal hearing continues on Aug 23.
