Qeema Chana Pulao

Beef minced half kg
Gram lentil boiled half cup
Salt as required
Cumin 1tsp
Black pepper 4-6
Star anise 2
Onions 2
Curry leaf 15-18
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Cloves 4
Yogurt half cup
Lemon 1
Red chili powder 1tbsp
Fennel ½ tsp
Coriander as required
All spice 1tsp
Nutmeg, mace half tsp
Oil half cup
after heating the oil add garam masala and zeera and fry it, then add onion and let it brown, now add curry leaf,tomato,ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and yougurt, stir it and add salt along with it. Add mince and all other spices and stir it gently for 5 mins, add lemon juice, channey ki daal and green chilli , now let it cook and add rice along with it. Serve with corriander after it is cooked


Mango Fruity

Water 2 cup
Mangoes 2
Raw mango 1
Sugar half cup
Add all the ingredients in the pan and cook it till it becomes thick, filter it and fill it in a bottle. Add ice and serve it .


Handi Seekh Kabab

Beef minced 1/2kg
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
White cumin 1tsp
Paprika powder half tsp
Red chili powder half tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as required
Black pepper as required
Roasted chickpea half cup
Oil half cup
Onions 3
Tomatoes 3
Coriander as required
Green chilies 3-4

chop green chilli, corriander, onion together and then add chicken/mince and all other spices and chop it together, take out the mince and give it smoke of coal making kabab of it , now heat the oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste along with onion and tomato and stir it, after doing it add turmeric powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, red chilli powder , stir gently after adding all spices, add one glass of water and let it cook, after 5 mins when water is soaked add seekh kabab in it and keep it at low flame for 10 mins and then serve it with coriander
