Probe Nazlan’s ‘bias’, which ‘compromised fair trial’, Najib’s lawyers urge Federal Court

Former prime minister Najib Razak’s’s lawyers will submit that judge Nazlan Ghazali, who was Maybank’s group legal counsel and company secretary when it gave advisory services and extended loan credit facilities for SRC and 1MDB’s benefit, failed to disclose his involvement to both the prosecution and defence in advance of the trial.
