Atma Swaroop, a 70-year-old Uttarakhand resident, is unlike other farmers. When others focused on crops and vegetables, Swaroop turned to flower cultivation 30 years ago. Scientists, delegates, and government officials now visit his plantation to witness the variety of flowers cultivated there.
