The encounter of terrorists with security forces is going on in Budgam, Jammu-Kashmir. According to sources, three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists have been surrounded by security forces in Budgam. These terrorists are accused of killing Rahul Bhatt and singer Amrin Bhatt.
