Nitish Kumar Resigns As Bihar CM, Snaps Ties With BJP Again

After a meeting with Janata Dal United MLAs and MPs on August 9, CM Nitish Kumar decided to break off the alliance with the BJP. Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal, the largest party in the Bihar Assembly, also held a meeting on the same day.
