Kapil Sibal’s statement about Indian Judiciary ‘contemptuous’: Bar Association

All India Bar Association (AIBA) Chairman Adish C Aggarwala on August 08 hit back at the "contemptuous" statement of Kapil Sibal in which the former Union Law Minister and Congress Rajya Sabha MP stated that has lost hope in the Indian Judiciary.
“Kapil Sibal lamenting that he has lost hope in Indian Judiciary is contemptuous. Court decides cases by applying facts presented before them, they hold allegiance to the Constitution of India and no one else. He's a senior and seasoned advocate,” said Adish C Aggarwala.
