A round-up of some of the action from Day 9 of the Commonwealth Games

Let's turn to the Commonwealth Games now - and Day Nine saw medals handed out on the track, on the field, in the pool and on the bowling green. There was glory for - among others - Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Kenya and even Guernsey. The BBC's Tim Allman has a round-up of the action.
