“By 2024, India Will Have US-like…”: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari

The government will construct 26 green express highways by 2024 and bring down travel time between key cities across the country, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari told Rajya Sabha on August 4. Nitin Gadkari also said the Transport Ministry is also looking at several new technologies to replace toll plazas in order to reduce traffic snarls at these points.
