✔INGREDIENTS:
450g flour
200ml warm milk
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 eggs (1 egg for brushing)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
a pinch of salt
7g dry yeast
1 tsp lemon zest
apple sauce
coconut flakes for sprinkling
✔ For syrup:
1 tbsp granulated sugar
50ml hot water
♨️ BAKE AT 180 ° C (356F) - 20 MIN
