Will Smith apologises for slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars

Will Smith has posted a video on social media - apologising for hitting Chris Rock at this year's Oscars. The Hollywood star admitted he felt 'deeply remorseful' about the incident. He also said he'd reached out to the comedian but Chris Rock wasn't ready to talk. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
