“PM Narendra Modi has given us a clear goal to make India's Telecom industry a benchmark in the world and to do that, we are committed to make sure that India’s Telecom regulatory structure becomes the best in the world,” said Ashwini Vaishnaw.

“It's our topmost priority that the entire tech stack from semiconductor chips to core network, should be developed and manufactured in India for the whole world. Whatever work is done so far should be taken ahead multifold for the next 2-3 years,” he added.
