Ombudsman releases 'red shirts' scandal report

The red-shirts scandal that's dogged the state government on-and-off since its election in 2014 has finally been put to bed. The Victorian Ombudsman has handed down the findings of her second investigation into the matter - she wants Victoria Police to apologise to the labor staffers arrested in dramatic dawn raids.
