Indigenous shellfish divers face prosecution over age-old tradition

Diving for shellfish has been a cultural tradition for Yuin people on the NSW's south coast for millennia. But in recent decades, Aboriginal divers have faced the threat of prosecution and lengthy legal battles over the practice. Now, a state parliamentary inquiry into the issue has held its first hearings.
