Marvel Studios' full MCU Phase 5 slate of movies and TV shows has just been announced. The MCU Phase 4 kicked off in 2021 with Black Widow and has included a slew of movies and shows across Disney+ and theatrical releases. As MCU Phase 4 comes to a close with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the franchise is looking forward to the next stage of its storytelling.
After skipping San Diego Comic-Con for a couple of years, the MCU returns to the annual event for the first time since 2019 to lay out what's next for the universe. As usual, the presentation features a look back at what Phase 4 has already become and a tease of what still remains in it. Beyond that, however, Marvel Studios is also finally talking about Phase 5 as they continue to rebuild the MCU following the culmination of the Infinity Saga via Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
