Man stuck in lift for 7 hours

Azizul got stuck in a lift for six hours on July 17. The lift call button did not work, and it malfunctioned as it was descending to the ground floor. Mr Rayhan said it was a horrifying experience, and thought he was going to die. He added that his mental health has been severely impacted by the ordeal. Portsmouth City Council have apologised to him, and sent him a gift.
