Polling For Presidential Election Concludes With Over 99% Voter Turnout

Polling for the election of the president of India across state Assemblies concluded on July 18, 2022, and registered a voter turnout of 99.18%, as per the Rajya Sabha Secretary General Pramod Chandra Mody. All elected MLAs in Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Puducherry, Sikkim, and Tamil Nadu voted to elect the next president of India.
