Pope to 'embrace indiginous peoples' on 'penitential' trip to Canada

Pope Francis says in his Angelus address that next week's visit to Canada, where he will meet indigenous survivors of abuse committed at residential schools run by the Catholic Church, was "a penitential pilgrimage". He also refers to concern about unrest in Sri Lanka and the war in Ukraine.
