Police have charged a man accused of kidnapping a nine year old girl from a park in Doubleview with indecent dealing.

The nine-year-old girl was playing at a local park on Tuesday morning when she was allegedly approached by 39-year-old Ashley James Bropho. Prosecutors have flagged they will strongly oppose the man's release on bail.
