New rules to track, trace and block SMS scammers have been unveiled with the goal of identifying people behind unsolicited messages. The code has been drawn up by the Australian communications and media authority and endorsed by the federal government. Communications Minister Michelle Rowland says the new rules will disrupt the scammers' business models.
