State government vows to stop gagging of sexual harassment cases

The State Government says it'll take action to stop employers from gagging staff who are sexually harassed in the workplace. It'll make Victoria the first Australian state to restrict the use of non-dislosure agreements after an inquiry heard they're often misused to silence victims and cover-up reoffending.
