Zhong Xue Gao, dubbed the "Hermès of ice cream" for its pricey treats, is facing questions about the content of its products after it was revealed that the ice cream does not melt in hot temperatures including when it is exposed to fire. In July, a widely shared video clip showed a man holding the flame of a lighter against one of the ice cream bars – which did not melt, but rather turned into a sticky state.
