China calls on Aus to view it as a partner, not a threat

China says it's foreign minister Wang Yi used a meeting with Australia's foreign minister, Penny Wong last week to urge the new government to form a 'correct understanding' of China. He sought to blame the Morrison Government for the deterioration in the relationship, and issued four demands of Australia including seeking common ground, and reserving differences. But Australia says it is China that needs to change, to repair the relationship between the two nations.
