In this video we have shared the new notification issued by Blue World City management. In this notification they have rescheduled the old prices of Awami Block, General Block, Overseas Block. Also the defaulters are given an other chance to pay dues till 31st July 2022.
Awami Block:
The booking of Awami Block 4.5 Marla will now be at 9 Lac 75 Thousand. The booking price remains the same but the possession amount is applicable on this new price.
General Block:
Now lets come towards General Block , after the price increase. the price comes up-to be around.
5 Marla Old Price: 11 Lac 90 Thousand & new price is 14 Lac 90 Thousand.
8 Marla Old Price: 15 Lac 30 Thousand & new price is 19 Lac 15 Thousand.
10 Marla Old Price: 13 Lac 30 Thousand & new price is 22 Lac 90 Thousand.
1 Kanal Old Price: 34 Lac 30 Thousand & new price is 42 Lac 40 Thousand.

The price increase is applicable from 1st July 2022.
