A ruckus was also witnessed in Meerut when the team reached the venue to remove the encroachments, some of the people objected. People even protested and the women were seen lying on the roads to stop the drive. On the strength of the protest, the women stopped the bulldozer, they stood in front of the machine, while some women even lay down in front of the bulldozer.
