Chaotic scenes at airports amid struggle to meet demand

International travel is well and truly back on the agenda. So much so that airports have been struggling to keep up with demand and some people have been sleeping outside the passport office hoping to beat the long lines. In fact, I discovered the other day that my passport has expired so unfortunately I'll be joining those long lines soon too. Travel writer Ben Groundwater says the domestic industry has almost returned to pre-pandemic levels.
