Survivors and victims of Martial Law, led by Bonifacio Ilagan and Etta Rosales, took an oath to fight against tyranny under the new administration of Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. The oath taking coincided with Marcos Jr.'s inauguration.
