SUPERSAND XL PLUS Brush sanding machine designed and developed for most difficult raw and primer surfaces. Raw and primer rustic, carved, flat furniture, door and kitchen cabinet surfaces sanding are so easy for SUPERSAND XL PLUS automatic sanding machine. Thanks to its flexible sanding feature, it gives extraordinary results even on difficult-to-machine surfaces that need to be done with precision.. Also, due to the addition of the edge sanding unit to our brush sander, it is now much easier to sand raw and primer wooden edges.

10’’ Touch Screen Control Panel - Memory System (Smart Sanding System)
Thanks to the smart sanding systems, all movements of the SUPERSAND XL PLUS brush sanding machine sections and machine table heights, speeds product dimensions, CNC router depths on the surface (how much it dives into the surface of the part) can be recorded on the machine via the touch control panel. The sanding process starts with a single touch on pieces of completely different sizes.
Manuel Edge Sanding Unit
Manual edge sanding unit dimensioning is done manually and it provides a great advantage in terms of labor cost and time cost by sanding the edges together with the surface sander.
Oscillatory Cross Brush Sanding System
This section consists of 2 unit (5+4) cross sanding system whose speed, height and rotation directions can be adjusted independently. In addition, thanks to the double-sided cross brush sanding system's ability to rotate in both directions, two different sanding grits can be used and raw and primer carving surface sanding can be done easily.
Oscillatory Cylinder Brush Sanding System
This section consists of 2 unit (1+1) cylinder brush sanding system whose speed, height and rotation directions can be adjusted independently. In addition, thanks to the double-sided cylinder brush sanding system's ability to rotate in both directions, two different sanding grits can be used and raw and primer carving surface sanding can be done easily.
