Chili Beef Stir Fried Pasta

Ingredients:
Soy sauce 5 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Green Chilies sliced 1
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Beef 300 grams
Carrot 1
Capsicum 2
Oil 3 tbsp
Boiled Noodles 1 packet
Chili sauce 4 tbsp

Method:
Soy sauce, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce garlic, 1 tbsp oil and lime juice and mix well. Set aside. Heat wok on high heat and pour in half the oil. Cook beef and chilies in batches until browned. Set aside. Add noodles to pot of boiling water to soften, drain noodles. Set aside. Pour the other half of the oil into the wok. Add vegetables stir fry for 2 mins. Add beef and noodles. Add the combined sauce. cook on high for 2 mins and serve.

Polo Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken breast (flattened) 2
Ingredients for filling:
Spinach (boiled &grinded) ½ cup
Mushroom (finely chopped) 4
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1/2cup
Cream 1/2cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Ingredients for sauce:
Milk 1 cup
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Olives few
For coating:
Eggs 2
Flour as required
Vermicelli (crushed) 2 cups

Method:
Flatten chicken breast cut it from a side. Mix all the ingredients for filling in a bowl, put your filling in chicken breast roll it, freeze for 1 hour. Dip chicken in dry flour, dip then in egg add black pepper and ginger garlic paste and then again coat flour and then crushed vermicelli deep fry in hot oil for 20 mins. Fry them covered.
