The Uddhav Thackeray faction of the Shiv Sena is moving the SC against Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's floor test amid the pending case of disqualification of 16 rebel MLAs. Sena's lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi is presenting the case. While addressing the conference, Sanjay Raut stated that the demand of floor test is illegal and the Constitution is being flouted. We will go to the Supreme Court and demand justice. He said that the matter of disqualification of the MLAs is still pending.
