Attacking activist Teesta Setalvad and Congress party, the BJP in a press conference on Tuesday accused Congress of hatching a conspiracy to end PM Modi's political career. BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said that Teesta worked against Modi on Congress' direction and reached out to Gujarat riots victims to gain popularity. The Supreme Court had dismissed appeals against the clean chit to then Chief Minister Narendra Modi and others in the Gujarat riots case, and said the matter was being pursued to keep the pot boiling.
