Amid the battle for control of Shiv Sena between Uddhav Thackeray and rebel leader Eknath Shinde, BJP decided not to approach the Governor directly demanding floor test. It is likely that a member of any small party from Maharashtra may approach the governor demanding floor test as the MVA government doesn’t have enough numbers. Sources say, BJP has asked all the MLA’s to stay in Mumbai and near by area so that everyone remains present during floor test.
