Part of the joy of cartoons is not worrying about realism, like having characters that are stupidly overpowered. For this list, we’ll be looking at characters from cartoons that have exhibited an absurd amount of power in some way, shape, or form. We’ll be excluding anime and shows adapted from superhero comics.
