'Busy scenes at LAX international terminal after suspicious vehicle causes operations to be suspended '

It was nothing less than a dramatic moment when thousands of individuals marched toward Los Angeles International Airport following a day filled with uncertainties and inconveniences.

"On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, LAX paused operations for two hours due to an unattended suspicious vehicle i.e. 10′ U-Haul truck in front of the main entrance of Tom Bradley International Terminal, resulting in a plethora of flights getting delayed," the filmer, Uzaif Sharif shared. "Security first stopped the ingress and egress through the main doors of the terminal and commanded that people be pushed inside to have the area around the suspicious vehicle empty.

"Later on, they completely evacuated the main halls of the terminal. They stopped the incoming traffic to departure and diverted to arrivals."

Uzaif further stated that thousands of passengers impacted by said situation gathered at terminal 5 (departures).

It took around two hours for routine operations to get resumed, only after the LAPD officers, bomb squads, firefighters, and security forces had cleared the area.

"It looked as if thousands of people were marching toward terminal 3," the filmer added.
