In just over a week there'll be some big changes to the way in-home care packages are delivered to elderly Australians. There'll be a minimum two-hour shift for the mostly part-time workers and their travel costs between jobs must be covered. But service providers are worried that federal funding won't cover the increased costs and that clients may have to pick up the bill.
