State parliament has passed to hearing stirring speeches from Indigenous leaders as MPs considers laws to help establish a treaty with First Nations Peoples. The bill to set up a treaty authority has won support from both sides of politics but one Liberal MP says he'll break ranks to vote against what he calls 'tokenism.'
