This video was taken at our house on Christmas morning 12252018 I have 4 daughters ages 11 Aysha 8 Kahlan and twin 5-year-olds Isabelle and Arya who had been wanting a puppy for a long time They had been constantly asking for a couple years and had been through a rough time with a divorce and both their mom and I moving a couple times until I bought a permanent house back in March 2018 My girlfriend and I told them all that we couldnt afford one for Christmas due to buying the house and trying to finish the basement but we were able to pull through just a few days before Christmas We were able to have my girlfriends parents watch him for a day and they brought him over at 6am so we could have him downstairs and ready We gave them a golden retriever ornament present as a prelude to the actual gift of the puppy and Isabelle cried because she didnt get to open it Then I had my girlfriend Christinas son Devin hold the puppy downstairs while I went down to record their reactions Aysha was overly emotional and so thankful She still says it was the best Christmas present and best Christmas ever The puppys name is Duke and he loves the kids For me it was one of the best Christmases ever because I was able to do something so meaningful for my kids
